Doctors keeps dismissing women’s cry for help when in pain, like we’re supposed to live in pain, it’s insane!

Why do celebrities want to put their private business out there . Grandmothers are out there a dime a dozen and yet your video portrays your life as unique than others . We don't want to know your private life. This video is only for suckers.

As a mom of 4 and has a history of eating disorders I would implore you to include a trigger warning at the beginning of this video, especially given that there are specific numbers, weight talk, etc that are discussed and COULD be triggering to those on a recovery journey.

I was SO blessed to have this same situation on the east coast! My beloved mother passed away not quite two years ago, and my husband and I have moved to a nearby small city here on the shore. But we had also bought the house I had grown up in from my mother after my father had passed away, and we thoroughly enjoyed being a multi-generational household. It was priceless to all of us. Our kids are now grown and we just became grandparents ourselves for the first time, just five months ago. Enjoy each other. No other person on earth will love your children the way your parents do. My mother and I were best friends, and she is so missed, yet lives on in this little girl - named after both my mother and me. It is a full-circle miracle. Blessings abound!

Oh my goodness, the part about schedules cracked me up! My kid’s grandma would call me the Nap Nazi. I love how this showed that there is a lot to be learned from both mother and daughter. We live in a day when we can gain so much insight through healthy outlets on the internet on how to parent with intention. I have learned so much and I love it!!! Though it can also go to the extreme, like the other day I saw a post about how you shouldn’t tell your sad child, “I know it’s frustrating, take a deep breath.” You “should” model for them. “I can tell you’re upset. I am upset too. I am going to take a deep breath to calm down.” That’s great but good grief. How anal can we get? I love that the grandmas provide the insight to say, “Okay young mama, not everything is so do-or-die. You’re going to be okay and yeah, your child will eventually need therapy for something you do, but they’ll be okay too. Give grace…and take a deep breath.” ;)

I was blessed to have my grandparents live just 6 blocks down the street from us. From age three until six, I stayed with my grandfather during the day. He was retired military and my grandmother was still working at that time. He was my first best friend, their phone number was the second number I ever learned and the first one I dialed. We went on daily adventures which included bus rides and walks. He bought me a Christopher Robin raincoat, hat and boots. He was a retired military chef so I ate like a little prince. His love shaped me into the man I am. He died the shortly before I went into first grade. 55 years later I still remember every adventure, every bus ride, everyday that he walked to kindergarten and every afternoon that he picked me up to walk me home. I hope your grandchildren will have that same experience but for a much longer time. Great interview!

The grandma name you gave yourself Gayle is odd and nothing wrong with being called GRANDMA geez ladies it is what is it accept that you are older,lol. Wow hard to believe Gayle is almost 70 looks really good. Kirby seems so nice.

Way to reduce a masterwork of 20th century architecture to rubble! Do an episode on how to explain this to small children! Why anyone with a small amount of power has NO CONSIDERATION or ACCOUNTABILITY!?! Who would take your advice?

I loved this. I am a a grandmother of 4. They call me Mama. It is so different the way our daughters raise their children. This is such an important conversation to have. Having said that, we adore our grandchildren, and our daughters are so grateful that we are involved in their lives with clear boundaries.
