This is my first time I watched one of your videos , CZcams put it up and I just thought yes let’s just see and so far yes OK 👌
Do you always drink tea without sugar and milk
You have a very high spec apartment, very nice 👍 and you bought your DIY cupboards and various things from IKEA, love the view, but then America can have beaut places to live and visit

I propose mass quitting for the good of all-
Hey I like this! You should do more shorts of fun code projects like these, things that would be too trivial for a full video but are still interesting and possibly useful
My top 10, in no certain order and subject to change at any time is: 1. The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien 2. The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini 3. The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown 4. Alas Babylon by Pat Frank 5. The Outsiders by SE Hinton 6. King of the Hill by AE Hotchner 7. The Chosen by Chaim Potok 8. A Seperate Peace by John Knowles 9. Street Boys by Lorenzo Carcaterra 10. Sphere by Michael Crichton
Are you still working on your book?
Just another person letting you know that your efforts have impact -- I bought your bullet journal like 5 years ago, and I'm an engineer now. It's so weird to watch your videos today after achieving that milestone, and to feel that same pull toward becoming better. Weird in a great way! Thanks John! Curious to see what you make.
I searched up my crush’s name and damn…
'Attention is the beginning of devotion'
identify the things that build you up and protect your attention around those things❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
'don't be defensive' is one of the most deepest healing things to consider having present in existence. john worded it in a really good way here and i absorved it. People are trying to help when they criticize in good faith. it hurts like they're neglecting our whole being, but that feeling can be transformed to improve that specific aspect. accept. accept. accept. ❤
Whatever happened to the chap?
Graduated 6 months ago (with honors and high gpa) and still no job, though I’ve been continuously applying. I’m now seriously considering going back to school to study something completely different.
What did you finish?
Wow❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How old were you John when applying to Harvard?
Hey, thanks hearing that you first were ready in early august definitely was encouraging! Trying the same here

My top three books are.... The Bible The House of sand and fog The fifth witness. My second book theyade a movie from it...but of course the book is better. My third book was a book that grabs you....every chapter grabs you.....and the end of both books will leave you saying,""WHAT!!!""".
Thank you for bringing this theme up, it’s really important to remind people about significance of simplest and base things as walking, live conversations etc. The life is too short to spend it on social media
Truely Thank you John, I had followed u for more than 5 years, you are being constantly reflecting on topics and things where most of us caught up being paralysed and numb, everytime after watching ur video I feel reflesh and clear somehow, tho I can see myself someday definitely gonna be snatched again by the f*ng social media algorithum, I still thank you for being there and being our best internet smart friend
I feel like finished watching the awesome movie. congratulations Mr.john😊👏
I watched that video in my hometown, sitting on my computer some morning as I was applying for my college's for my bachelor's. Now, I have a job, and am looking for a switch. Many things have changed, many have remained the same, a lot of growth but some issues yet remain. Such a beauty is time, the change measured in time.
Hey John I really appreciate your help me. I was able to make through my first year of architecture school Growth book was awesome. I wonder if you could create a digital one since I have become digital I use less paper. Thank you.

And it all comes down to the money
Other than the time aspect having an impact on sleep, as a complete layman I do also think that the escapism/almost sedative qualities are a big factor in declining mental health. Social media killed boredom, and boredom is IMO one of the best stimuli there is. We often don't do things that are good for us cause it requires some level of discomfort, but when you're truly bored there comes a point where that outweighs the discomfort. Think starting that side project you think you might fail at, finally getting started on reading that book, or meeting up with friends despite your social awkwardness. These are all things that you'll learn from and look back on with good memories or a sense of achievement, but they're also way easier to avoid if you're never bored. Same goes for being alone with your thoughts. Everyone knows the concept of "shower thoughts" because it's basically the last place we're ever alone with our thoughts. We watch a CZcams video when cooking, scroll through Twitter on the subway and listen to a podcast or music when walking from point A to B. I personally genuinely find that just doing nothing and staring at a blank wall can be great for mental health (I guess it's just lame meditating lol).
