I work with people who blame immigrants, even other minorities and womens rights Some of the things they say I'm so astounded by their nieve and badly informed ideas that I think I don't even know where to start to try and counter argue. The reality in the UK if you rent a property that means that your landlord has more than 1 property. Now look how many renters are there, so just easy to understand how many landlords have more than 1 property. I knew some people had 100 and more to rent out some of them worked as top employees in insurance companies there is never ending flow of money. To sort out quickly the problem in property market government need completely ban any purchase second/by to let properties as for individuals and companies (as in this way the rich avoid inheritance tax). Easy fix, but the rich is in the government only and that is their business.

Ofcourse assets or stocks and shares are only taxed once they are sold because until you sell them you don't actually have any money. I don't understand your argument, it isn't income until you liquify it (that means to sell it for legal tender, I thought I would clarify that because you don't seem as smart as you make out). Also, your point about 2.2mil not being rishi sunaks income because that's 'nothing for his family' you proved yourself wrong in that statement. His family's income was more than that but that is obviously comprised of other people's personal incomes which are taxed on a person by person basis. I'm not even on his (rishi sunaks) side here, nor do I agree with the tax system; However, I feel that a lot of your points are misconstrued.

What's happens when you put your money in a property that you can't resale when you want. And it's difficult to rent. What's the use of it ??? Zero. So it's easy to say buy a property but there are nuances. Location location location. Always think about IS IT RESALABLE. And usually good location properties are more expensive. So sometimes ots better off to have cash in hand than the wrong property !

I believe Rishi’s wife applied from 2 million pounds of government help during Covid , I suppose times were tough . His father in law also has numerous Uk government contracts, but obviously does not pay tax on these as not a uk tax payer.

Britain isn't a democracy, its a plutocractic kleptocracy run by the billionaire capitalist oligarchy. This oligarchy pays millionaires in the political arena and the media to propagandise the worker into believing that the poor and the immigrant and culture wars are to blame for all their problems while the billionaires run out the back door with all your money.

This time we're living in is a very dynamic one, where we're reaping the rewards of having allowed politicians to sell our future to big business in exchange for their financial backing and support. This is the end result of Reagan/Thatcher/Clinton/Blair writ large. The only answer now is to learn to live with less and be content. That typically means going somewhere else where the cost of living is cheaper. You cannot compete with the rich. Forget about living in London, or any other expensive place in Europe, just as we in the US have forgotten about living in New York, San Francisco, or LA, etc. Many of our elderly are living in their cars and having to work doing manual labor at Amazon "Fulfilment" centers and such jobs in order to survive.

This chap has made millions through the prism of a computer betting game in which he bet with impunity. He may have earned millions from it but he was only able to do so while betting with other people’s money. It does not qualify him any more than the next person to make worldly judgements on society yet having watched a few of his videos there is a consistent undertone of bragging about how much money he made. I would be more impressed if I learned privately that he had given much of his wealth away or directed is directing it to some benevolent project. I don’t believe I have the right though to vote it out his pocket as he suggests. I agree the system is too stacked in their favour but it’s the rules that need changing not a blanket tax everyone with money. Some people are wealthy simply because they made sacrifices or better life decisions. Maybe they created a company from nothing I don’t know. The whole argument is just so nuanced which makes his one message look inadequate.
