I can confirm this. Back in 2008, out of the blue, no intake of drugs, I was shown snippets of 4 or 5 past lifetimes. Between each little journey I was back in my body filled with joy as the sencation of freedom and happines was so overwhelming.

Your projection is the antithesis of the Witness. We may understand biological mechanism as well as practice rituals to modulate them. But if you understand the Human Hardware you will never project beliefs outwardly. Furthermore you must actually reprogram the vast errors woven into the Western Consciousness. This requires getting beneath Belief so that you can resequenced your fundamental Operating System. Humanity has fallen so painfully far behind in its Mental Evolution. The current crop is just updating archaic systems with new language without correcting the fundamental error of Projection as it pertains to the reflective quality of the Realm.

I met my spirt guide/ guides and ancestors on those times I felt i was alone in my life that what ever happen I will go with it all by by myself without the help of anyone ,and then they came and offering lots of support . Now ,I feel that no matter what happen to me either it will be bad at the end of the day I will overcome everything and I will pass those hard and bad times because I am not alone .
