I am picking up my sig other, she was sick all last night. She worked 17.5 hours monday standing all day in her tall heels, no food, so she is not good today. I am getting her some narcotic nausia meds and if that is not better I am taking her to the er for iv's. She needs lots of love and care. Thats my job❤❤

I did ballet for 4 years and my mom told me to stop because it was too expensive, it's now 7 years later and I still love it and hate it so much that I had to stop. If I ever get the chance I am going to start again❤

Why do the shoes come the way they do when it seems like everyone breaks them in or modifies them in some way. Wouldn't it be easier to just make the shoes cracked, banged, glued, etc?

I'm one of those! I'm 35, and I started ballet about a year and half ago. Hands down one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. There are lots of youtubers who can help you try it out at home if going to class feels too intimidating at first. But I wholeheartedly recommend finding an in person class if you can. I find it way more fun to dance and learn with others. Plus you can ask questions, which you can't do as easily with a CZcams video. I'm in Chicago, and I take classes at Glenwood Dance Studio. The vibes are very good, very friendly, very come-as-you-are. Do recommend 👍

I did ballet when I was younger- it was amazing to see a pantomime at the local theatre at Christmas as a child, then be behind the same curtain performing as a group. Backstage is a very magical place ✨
