This was just a regular evening until we got a spontaneous idea. We were not prepared at all which caused the Husqvarna to run out of fuel and the camera to die. Hope you enjoyed our quick journey as much as we did.

The engine got disassembled because it had some problems with the transmission, in the video I find out that I need some new gears for the transmission because some of the teeth are missing on the old ones which cause the transmission to not work probably...

In this video my Yamaha YZ85 get's stuck and it takes quite a while to get it out.
do you have a video on what your doing when measuring the Squish. Id like to know how your doing that through the spark plug hole thanks. great videos by the way.
I think he is using solder wire and rotating the piston so it squishes the wire. The thickness of that wire when squished by the piston tells the squish.

I have one 8mm bolt with a dished head that is a different length of all the other bolts. I cannot figure out where it goes? Do you know?
You better torque that primary drive bolt down , 59 ft lbs, mine backed out and got into cover gouged it inside, that’s from a dealership install they didn’t torque it down , didn’t have the tool, me neither, I used a ratchet strap woven through the basket and wrapped around back tire, cleaned hole, loctite gel, 59 ft lbs

How do you know what position to put the shift drum in? Is there a certain "clock" position, or do you just turn it until the shift fork studs line up with a groove?
It, can go in anyway, as long as all the shift fork guide pins are in their respective groove
what about the ball bearing still sitting on bench optional extras lol

@@Tizzypj that ball bering goes in between the 2 clutch rods, he will be abel to do it by just removing the hydrolic pack..

Could be. Or ignition coil. Or cdi box. Test all three components
Or u didn’t time the stator correctly whenever you put it back

Ebay, I think wiseco bottom end is WPC162 for 04-12 KTM. Google 04-12 KTM 85/105 SX repair manual too
