The chords are actually relatively simple for an intermediate jazz guitarist. A lot of drop 2 and drop 3, mostly in first inversion. Typical substitutions and upper extensions with a few surprises here and there. This is great for people trying to play like Walter, though the fluency of his playing is still quite demanding. What is not simple is putting it all together so beautifully that each chord seems like the perfect, obvious choice. This is not great for people trying to *arrange* like Walter. Good luck with that.
