Swift is definitely not a great technical singer BUT she's a fantastic song-writer, an amazing performer (THREE f***ing hours!!), has great interaction with her fans, has a 11 or so albums of material, some massive hits, can literally fill stadiums. So folks, she must be doing something right🤷.....right?

I’m glad you mostly enjoyed the album and I’m really really happy you’re giving taylor a fair chance instead of blindly hating her like some others :) You liked I Did Something Bad so I REALLY recommend it live from the reputation tour or at the AMAs, it’s an incredible performance and definitely a fan favourite! My album ranking changes almost every day but reputation has been my favourite taylor album pretty consistently for the past 6 months. My personal favourites from this album are King Of My Heart (my all time favourite taylor swift song, I’m so glad you liked it too!!!!!), So It Goes…, Dancing With Our Hands Tied and Call It What You Want. 1989 is (i think) the most awarded pop album ever and has many popular songs you might have heard somewhere, i really recommend it, it’s an incredible album! And make sure it listen to the (Taylor’s Version)!!! Most songs are very upbeat but lots with sad lyrics, if that’s not your thing you might not like too many from it but i still recommend giving it a chance, maybe you’ll like something from it 29:44 reputation was released in 2017 and midnights in 2022 so i doubt it, but with taylor anything’s possible lol 31:17 “Poppy depressed heartbreak music” lollll this is almost exactly my music taste and definitely a huge part of Taylor’s music

okay i went to both renaissance and eras last year. i’ve BEEN a beyonce fan so i had to go but with eras, my friend got a ticket and i went for the hype. lemme tell you… blondie had me gagged multiple times i cant even lie. she really do be commanding that stage and low key made me a swiftie (cruel summer grew on me but that era that she opens up with(lover) is my least favorite era). if i had to recommend a performance, it’d definitely be her performance of dont blame me/look what you made me do

Oh u r not wrong for doubting it to be sounding like an Olivia Rodrigo song...Cruel Summer is a song from her 2019 album, Lover Olivia sampled this tune to her hit song Deja Vu..she even credited Taylor for the song..thats why it sounds similar. If you're looking to be converted this probably isn't the song. Try Vigilante Shit from this tour. Super sexy and super talented. Can't go wrong with anything from the Reputation tour, too. It's full of bad bitch energy.

Can’t go wrong with anything from the reputation tour, Also , look into her staples center performance with Mary J Blige. Was phenomenal. It was several years ago on her 1989 tour. Couple more to think about-Bad Blood with Kendrick Lamar and then End Game with Future and Ed Sheeran are two other good ones.

I'll see if i can find some to link for you. I'll think about ones from Eras as well. I went to it back in April 2023 and it was fantastic.

I cannot listen to an entire album all the way through on first listen. I can't do it. Even if I love the artist. I am a song at a time kind of person. I appreciate you giving TS a chance. Taylor and Bey are friends, attended each other's movie premieres, and refuse to buy into the media pitting them against each other. You can like both - they are different artists.

I don’t understand why fandoms feel like anything has to be either / or and that if you love one person or group you have to hate anything seen as competition. The artists don’t feel that way (certainly not Taylor & Beyoncé who seem to be great respect and admiration for each other), I imagine they.must feel disappointed in fans who attack other artists supposedly on their behalf. There’s room for all and these two talented women in particular are both doing amazingly well. Taylor had a lot to say about not liking the fandom to behave that way when both artists were touring and I’m very glad to see Taylor fans trying and celebrating Beyoncé’s work. I hope it continues to go both ways. Like Beyoncé, Taylor is an innovator who has many musical genres she’s explored. The current album, much like Folklore has a more ethereal sound and while many love it, this is certainly not the way Taylor sounds, although all the videos are amazing. I think you might like something more upbeat and have some suggestions: End Game feat. Future & Ed Sheeran, Out of the Woods, Blank Space, The Archer, Delicate, Getaway Car, Ready For It, I Knew You Were Trouble, All Too Well, The Story of Us and You Belong With Me. A nice mix of Eras.
