What is the process for creating an SDR Agent? I find this to be a fascinating project. The challenge lies in automating the flow to initiate messages and responses when a lead replies to an email.

Taskade has taken me from my freshman year of college in 2018 to just finishing up the first year of my Quantum Chemistry PhD a couple weeks ago. You need an agent that can demonstrate this without making the viewer dizzy trying to keep up with the presentation.

Love your work, but people, please- we want to learn and understand those new functions so we can effectively use them. Which is basically screen recording where you do everything extremely fast barely helps and often makes things even more confusing. I kind of understand it feels easy for you and the functions are use a lot and you know how to use I would probably work with the same speed. But you are creating a video to present something and it doesn’t make much sense where you can barely catch up with what’s going on, otherwise keep it up! I am excited about more new functions :) Best wishes

Can this be entirely automated? I.e for customer service inbound enquires, set a delay to 1 hour and auto reply via email?

Can an agent use login credentials to get updates from a website that is password-protected?? I'm impressed by these features! These are multiple major feature releases. The dynamic knowledge feature will allow me to send emails to customers tailored to their needs based on regularly updated knowledge. You guys are killing it! Kudos

This is great but can you automate the process collect emails automatically reply to emails with a certain subject field like contact form then save it in the drafts folder of Gmail. I can then review the email and send it that would be fantastic.

When I create an Ai Agent do I use the article link for it's knowledge or can I use the link for the whole support page?

Good one narek. How do you get it to personalise the [Lead Name] dynamically against a list of names? Right now, the gpt is interpreting earlier in instruction Send this to 'xx' as the Lead Name right? Would be good if the Gmail connector can now parse email inquiries and reply accordingly with drafts.
