Reginald D. Patterson, a fourth-year PhD candidate at Duke, spent time in Haiti prior to the January 2010 earthquake. Patterson, a French and Kreyol instructor, spent time there learning more about the native language. He left four hours before the earthquake hit.

Thanks Rabbittavo? I dont ever even read these too often. This is really the most hilarious comment, but the fact is that she does not know that I recorded the track and I am playing the melody. If is sounds simple it is cause that is how good I was. But any real musician knows the type of work it takes. It is a solo recital. What does she expect? Plus, her dogs can't be more interesting than Jimi on violin!
The sound quality has nothing to do withhis skill, and furthermore it does sound like the song. I think it was a very good job.

The problem that you are hearing is how use we are to hearing concerts in large concert halls. The track in the background is much too loud. My violin sound is also filling up the hall so much that the recording equipment is redlining. I am so curious.
