The ability to track is easier on PC, seeing as how you have an entire arm and more room to do so. On a controller, you have a much smaller space to move your thumbs, making it harder to track. KB&M is also able to drag their mouse across a surface to track, as long as they keep their hand in step with the enemy player. Controller players are bound to the concept of look acceleration, meaning rather than being able to track in real time, they have to ever so slightly tip their thumbstick in the direction they want to aim. This is made extremely difficult when the target in question is moving back and forth. So, while yes, strafing is not the end all of a gun fight, it can make a difference in some instances (like when you have less space to move your reticle, ESPECIALLY with the Bandit.)

@@mythicdifficulty Well, I've had tons of competitors fail the first jump of stage one throughout the course's history. There is a time limit on Stage One (100 seconds for the tournament you were practicing on) and just last tournament we had a competitor clear with about 0.03 seconds left on the clock.

That’s 0.03 seconds of wiggle room. We can go slower

The new season is just trying to get through as slow as possible while still staying within the time limit. Finally, a competition for us.
