it should be almost the same. I can't say if the cable diagram are gonna be the same
Great video! I did the same in my V50 back in 2018 but with a 1 din radio unit. I also cut of the special "volvo" radio cable plug and soldered on a regular ISO socket and mounted a new DAB+ antenna
what singel din did you use?

Why, just let it be original. It looked way better before, now it has lost it's charm.
Because the quality of the sound gets better and Bluetooth, GPS and other comfortable features you don’t have in a old stereo
This is Gold! Been looking for an option in Guatemala to make an upgrade like this to my C30 and also been looking for a LR Discovery 4. UK has the best in aftermarket adapters and this was a great vid!

Well, the installation procedure was butchery style, to a degree. More importantly, apart from entertainment, have you retained all the car function controls including access to the car settings menu?

Speakers with bigger magnet and coil , make less of bass, with oem mainunit of Radio/cd , the best way to do its a Amplifer to the oem speakers , less of work, less of money than the speakers cost and a bassbox back in the car

Are you still able to use the climate controls?
Yes, but it's a bit of a guessing game on what it's set to but so far it's not a problem but I'm considering making a Y adapter for the cable that goes to the OEM display and then installing it somewhere a hidden like the glove box but we'll see. // The V50 owner in the vid

it is the oilfilterhouse/Aggregate support part number 11421738639 but still sucks
Notch out just behind the hole, put a nut in there and use a shorter bolt. You might also be able to put a longer bolt through the hole while holding the broken piece in place and put a nut on the end.

You have one or two options buy a welder from harbor freight or you can get three car batteries put them together in use a set of jumper cables and a welding rod
i dont have the skills to weld so Is cheaper to just swap out the oilfilterhouse/Aggregate support

@@undergroundcars1163He is referring to JB cold weld. Its a 2 part epoxy. Ive heard that stuff and fix cracked engine blocks. Not sure, if it would work, you could give it a try. Its like $7 at Walmart.

Hey, on the front bottom corners there were supposed to be brackets with two holes so you can screw in the fender bottom part, how did you manage to put on fender with the bracket on the corner ? :D
well i didn't weld it. It was a other guy who did it. But the fenders fit well anyway so it still worked fine 😅

@@undergroundcars1163All the ones I got were BMW OE except for the steering wheel emblem. Just get the OE ones and they won’t fade like the cheap ones.
