Loading grader on backwards is fine, however you are aware to bag up the exhaust? This is to stop air being forced into the exhaust turning turbo with no oil pressure. Just an FYI if you dodnt know already.

Scarify the s.g Particle size it, mix it with the blade Then hit the grade. Ground too wet Unless you gonna hoe it later on

I used to be in earthmoving years ago, but never got to your level of experience, all the graders had Bladepro lazer level and I had only just started learning when I changed careers and end up in the railway. I get to play every now and again on farm equipment, but would love find someone to teach me all the new stuff. Anyway keep the videos coming, Good to see Queenslanders having a go. Cheers Adrian.
