Yes, I remember it being open I found it funny that, that gate stops you driving it. But yet you can all ways walk around the gate walk it any way

Used it as the bypass when a MVA closed the highway. There is a piece of magic up that road that not many know about because of the UXO.

about how fare up the track is it ? Or I will just have to go for a walk to see if I can find it

@@my_touring_adventures It is right at the top and off the track (westward of Kangaroo Hill in the Clyde gorge) by several hundred metres. There is a relatively flat rock platform and you need to walk on the rock as this was the specific target area. It is marked on the map a Webbs Crown. There is no YT or drone video because of the ordinance issue.

The King parrot`s are about 1/2 to double in size, with more single colour area. Instead of blended

@my_touring_adventures I have king parrots in my yard every day which I feed they bring their babies every year the males are beautiful in colour while the female is dull in colour so they don't stand out will send pictures if you want
