I found for instant ice coffee that Nescafe Classico Instant coffee works best. Some how it disolves really fast, while other brands stay lumpy. Then found out the country of Greece has been making ice cold frappe coffee with that instant coffee since 1960's. And i wrongly thought starbucks invented the Frappee.

Add a block of either cream cheese OR mascarpone for richness. Make it adult by brushing the cake with cream rum. I can't Waite to try mini ones with the Cardi B whipcream topping
