your 58-60 32:00 fingering makes a lot of sense. I was struggling with getting to grips with intonation in that spot... specially at the bflat and forward

Can you put some sheet music read alongs to this? This is a real good etude. Looking to brush up on the basics for the telemann concerto. 🙆♂️
You can definitely purchase the set of etudes at MelBay (link in description). The octave/ hand frame focus in this etude would certainly be good for Stamitz concerto but it may be just slightly advanced for Telemann preparation. The Telemann does has some bow and articulation work that may be helped by this though. Have you already made your way through Wohlfahrt, Mazas, and Kreutzer?
