Who knows that air fried puri is healthy, it is made many days back and oven popped before selling it, it is not at all healthy as it comes with preservatives. It is available in Saudi (India made) at 10SAR /1000PCS raw. I make it at home when I miss panipuri in saudi. I would say the oil fried puri is better (not healthy), as it is made atleast few hours before selling it. Don't mind but it is true and also air fried puri will scratch your Tounge too. Whereas oil fried not. Thanks
