Putting the Fleet of Kawasaki to the Test - Let the Good Times Roll
4 different Kawasaki dirt bikes are tested at the carman compound.
Rider Colin (91) Is riding a 2023 Kawasaki KX450 SR
Rider Matthew (521) is riding a 2023 Kawasaki KX250
Rider Steffen (39) is riding a 2015 Kawasaki KX250F
Rider Tyrus (999) is riding a 2022 KX112
We love our Kawasaki Dirt bikes. Today we're out at the carman compound putting these bikes to the test. We are going session for session on big jumps, tight corners, deep ruts, and rigorous terrain. The track had a lot of standing water first thing in the morning, but Steffen worked with the tractor to disc the track in the straights. We took the shovels and picks to the corners to remove a lot of water. as the day went on, the track came around quite nicely, but it definitely kept you on your toes. We definitely were hard on the Kawasaki clutch today getting the speed in the corners to make the jumps and obstacles. As you can see, Colin (91) can show you how to whip a motocross bike, and how to scrub a motocross bike. All in all, this is what Moto is about. A group of friends having a blast on dirt bikes, pushing each other to be better, burning calories and being outside. As far as a hobby, it doesn't get much better than that!

you didn't actually pack any grease at all INSIDE the actual bearings here... still dry as a bone inside... you really should use a bearing packer or learn to properly pack them by hand. you simply covered the rollers in grease here. good video otherwise
Great video! but i noticed your leg should be up higher on the shroud and closer to the bike when you turn, keeping it low like that you can risk it getting grabbed by a rock, root, rut anything sticking out of the trail or even just risk dabbing it onto the trail. I've broken my foot that way so im just trying to look out for you man! other than that great video and nice riding.

Thoughts on ams oil full synthetic?
Never used it, I’ve used ams oil dominator for 2-strokes and that’s my preferred
When i put the 0.8 without changing my filter and the oil disappears in the sight glass is that normal?
You have to start the bike then let the oil settle and then check the sight glass. I’ve explained in further detail in the video. Hope you can come to an understanding of how it works.
I'd Stright up would get a pit bike just to race with an Harescrambles look fun asf. I leave the big bikes to the professionals lol

Have you ever tried bleach, I just snagged a pair of tech 10 used for a good deal and they have slight yellowing. I’ve read up on white tire bleach might restore some parts.
The bleach will make the yellowing worse eventually from my understanding

how do you ride with airpods, i have airpods 2 and when i put the helmet on the literally go up my ears and it really hurts, ill be thankful if you have some tips ig on how to use em.
I have the AirPods Pro with the rubber grommets. Sometimes it’s a challenge to squeeze the helmet passed the headphones without them moving a little bit but once you wiggle your helmet on they usually stay in place

The phone is the pain, I wear compression shorts with a pocket under my pants. Gets a little tricky but worth it. I have a playlist that I make before each session of whatever I’m feeling at the time. Hope you can figure it out 🤙🏽

Sup man I just picked up a 2020 and the owner used castrol and said to always put a touch more in then what the manual states. 1 full quart w/o changing filter and a little over a quart if replacing filter. Does that sound about right?
Personally I wouldn’t use Castrol (not saying it’s bad.) As far as capacity yes, I always add a touch more than what the manual states. On an oil & filter change I usually put an extra 50-100cc because of some getting stuck in the funnel and drip spills etc.
