You don't have too but it's highly recommended.
Interesting. I like. I’m going to do the same thing. It comes with a LED for the plate at night? This can obviously be installed without installing/utilzating led light but still connecting youre turn signals ?
You utilize the oem license plate light and yes, you can use your oem turn signals or aftermarket ones.

Where you low on gas? Issues with the 25 is a faulty fuel gauge.
Yes, it was low on gas but that's good to know.
What flash do you have?
Were those wheelies with the lowest setting for wheelie control? That was a very low angle
You have not even reached power cut off for wheelies you keep feathering throttle pin that shit then quick shift it into second and put it down smoothly... and if you wheelie up hills make sure you dont rely on the nannies to keep you safe it will throw off the sensors

Oh man, that was so long ago lol I think I used an extended socket and a wrench on other areas. I do remember it being an absolute pain
@@SOCALMOTOBROS yea you skipped the part out in the video and I couldn't find help anywhere else, I just unscrewed the support for the radiator at the top(2 bolts) for a bit more room. I was able to get the exhaust off and I'm ready for my dominator gp3 to get to me
I took it out cause you were not able to see anything. I'm glad you got it figured out.
Does the transmission oil need to be replaced too?
It uses the same oil. Therefore, when you change your engine oil, you're also changing your transmission oil.

Hey bro, what do you set your chain slack to? I have gotten so much mixed info, dealer sets it wayyyy more loose compared to what the manual says, and everyone seems to say the manual specs are way too tight but if it’s out of spec it seems like it doesn’t shift as smooth?
I just use the finger rule ✌️ it's always worked for me and I've adjusted my chain several times and had no issues.

@Nutmilk157 hard to explain but basically you put two fingers between the chain and swing arm and that's your chain slack. The proper way would be to use a tape measure or ruler and measure from the ground to the bottom of your chain and then push down on the chain and measure again and that will give you your chain slack. From there you would adjust and measure till you get the desired slack which like you said is too tight.

I was complaining about the same thing on the scroll wheel button but I was doing it wrong. You need to press it slitghtly lower and it should work just fine. FYI mine is the gen 2 XSR900 but they have the same dash and controls anyway.
