After seeing some that are for sale on Etsy or Amazon (either they were really good but also very expensive or cheap and look awful), I thought I could make my own and started figuring out how and what I'd need then it occurred to me to search on CZcams and found your video! They have that spray dish soap. That might be helpful

Excellent demo and tips. I would suggest putting your soap water in a sprayer then rubbing it will cover finer and more evenly. I am thinking of skulls spiked on fence posts or spears.

Hold mine off...Looked awesome but surprisingly was one of the hardest things to assemble. I have no idea if mine was defective but in the two years I owned it it took a minimum of 1hr to assemble. It was very frustrating. the arms and legs would not fit together properly thus making it nearly impossible to get the torso on.

Nice! I would also recommend treating the foam like you are painting. Don't wear good clothes and don't do this around carpet.

I'm planning of making something like this for my building entrance ( outdoors) since I'm from Sweden here is quite cold and wet, any recommendation to make it ' stiff/hard' instead of only fabric? I thought of spraying many thin layers of cement but it would break easily with the weight of snow.. any help appreciated!!

Looks great!! I made over 100 skull for my ' inferno portal' last year in less than a day by using a skull from dollar store and making a print on the ground ( dirt ) sort of a stamp and filling that up with the same foam you used, worked great and I could make as many as I wanted in one go, it looked a bit ' rotten' due to the texture of the ground too!!!
