I don't really buy it, and I suspect it was all prepared in advance. To play like this with a band you normally have to rehearse with the band. Is it a song that was on the setlist, or was it improvised? Also, does he wear in-ear monitors? Unlikely... AFAIK it's difficult to play on stage without them.

all about the unspoken cues.that was a mischievous "oh, you wanna go? LETS!" and then one and a two ... .aaand the is history. mischievaous in a sense that taylor decided to walk over dave with the start signal :D similar unspoken cue is seen at 6:18 ish. taylor points to yayo, thats a "aight, give me an exit. you first"... then the oldest cue of all, if the drummers hands go up - they go down in two.
