Voice Direction can turn a good Voice Actor into a mediocre one. Look at Liara T'soni and Lightning. Same VA, but only one of them sounds like Kirsten Sterwart. Resident Evil has consistently strong voiceover because they let the actual VAs lead and direct.

It's definitely more of a case of the last two. I don't care how good the voice acting is, I will NEVER use a Spanish Dub if they ever make one. Some lines even feel less awkward _precisely_ because you can't contextualise them as well as usual, despite knowing what they actually mean. I call it "The Genji Effect".

Honestly, I really do think it just comes down to native language things. If your native language is English, you're generally gonna pick up a lot more on the specifics of any flaws and end up overall more critical. Though on the flipside, for me that's why I tend to lean towards english dubs more I'm WAY more familiar with the language, so I always feel like I'm much more able to fully appreciate a character's performance because of it. I think the general stigma - especially in anime communities - that english dubs are always ass (that stems from back when they actually almost always WERE ass like in the 90s-early 2000's) is also something that can't be ignored. It's like you subconsciously expect the English dub to be shit, so when it's not, the attitude is more like "good on you!" and people'll go back to JP anyway. JP has it's own specific speech quirks for different character archetypes too that many find charming, so that combined with the language barrier thing contributes a lot.

@@HarderThanHardDifficulty I think so too, although Danish VA for cartoons are really good, and I liked the Danish version of Pokémon and Dragon Ball too. I feel like particularly English Dubs usually feel very wrong and fourth wall breaking, but I really love the English dub for Yu-Gi-Oh and also Dragon Ball but not anything else.. it’s all a bit confusing, but yeah usually the more you use the language in real life the less “realistic” it feels to hear in fiction I feel.

if you get the boss loot quickly after defeating it, you should be able to respawn the boss when you return after exiting the game to reroll the boss loot unless they silently patch it in the prev update, which is sucks

@@WhR33n What if the boss died at a distance? Either that or they silent patched the reroll, which is one of the most important mechanics of a bullet heaven game. Holocure has one, Die by Death has one, Vampire Survivors has one--- Hell, motherfucking 20 Minutes Till Dawn has the reroll but for one of the playable characters. Why would Shift Up patch that out? Also, I don't think I'll beat Challenge mode before even time runs out. I already got the last commutative task and got the reward and that is the free synchro slot. @@redacted8983 I've tried it again and it still works! also the game will auto save itself in 1 min interval incase of you quitting the game mid run (return to 04:00 if you quit at 04:55). So i believe if you manage to get the boss loot before it pass 1 minute after killing the boss, it'll return you to before the boss spawn again when you quit Also yeah, beating the challenge stage is a bonus so dont worry. unless you really want that 999k minigame coin for some reason lol

You get a cutscene if you beat the first boss with Re Red Hood and grab the bullet, nothing really special it's just the chibi 8 bit squad taking a group photo

He wanted to control what he picks up. If you pick up a box prior to having your slots filled out, you risk randomly getting something you don't want.

as the person above me said, Box have a chance to give you something u dont want, so i delay it till i got to 15 min to make it just upgrade any stuff that i already have for the Electric shield, it only shine for the early part, after 15min it doesnt really help if you could kill them in a safe distance. would still pick it if i didnt get grenade first tho

@@TianZunYu I don't do landscape on mobile aside from the fact that it's harder to control. Also I was playing MOG in PC platform and you still get hit with random red dots that exceed their reach.
