It's a sad day when you don't sit at the table...I was getting away from it and eating on my chair in the living room and for about the last 8 months I started eating at my kitchen table I feel I work hard to put food on my table at least twice a day and it deserves my respect...when I here people looking for ways to save on food I think about being at home with mom and you ate everything at the table...like meals and snacks of any kind we were not allowed to drage food through the house ..her words.." of you can't sit at the table to eat your not hungry"...I take from this now that you may not be hungry you might be bored...I can see the dining room going by the wayside but you should have room for your family to set around the table...oh ya when it was mealtime we wated till mom sat down before we ate...it was called respect and if you didn't like the meal you asked to be excused...

A few years ago when I was hunting, I specifically looked for a house with a dining room area. So many houses were open, Concepts I did not like that. I am a younger millennial and I always envisioned my family eating at the dining room table because I didn’t get that as a child. I also read an article that children who eat at the dining room table tend to have healthier family relationships. So that was my logic behind finding the dining room. We sit at the dining room table for most meals. I will admit that there are quite a few meals that we eat right in front of the TV, that’s because this is how I did it as a child.

We enjoy big family get togethers around our large dining room table. During the week my 85 year old mom, my husband and I have different schedules and tend to eat at the kitchen island. Since our dining room is a pass through room we are always using it for sewing and projects until everyone piles in.

I grew up eating dinner at the dining room table , And my kids grew up eating at the dining room table it was sad because when they graduated from high school they all went their own ways and got jobs college and we stopped eating at the dining room table. We do still do it for Christmas and thanksgiving and Easter and on occasion. And we always start off by giving thanks to the Lord for the blessings in our lives and the food on the table.❀

Yeah, when you’ve lost the nuclear family, you’ve in turn lost the dining room. Fortunately, some families still make dinner time a priority. Like mine, and many others. We have friends that never eat the same meal together let alone at the same time. Bizarre to me.

I love my formal dining room. It is beautiful. We are planning a move next year. Buying a home with a formal DR is a priority. I moved from a Victorian farmhouse to a 2002 small open concept house. While I love where the new house is and how easy it is to keep clean, I hate, hate, hate open concept. I will never live in one again. If I buy an open concept, I will figure in the price of putting up walls. That said, I truly miss my dining room. So much happiness goes on in the dining room: family meals, parties, receptions, games. We took all our meals in the dining room including breakfast. When my daughter was in school, she often had sports practice or something else going on in the evening. I got up early and made sure the family had a leisurely breakfast before heading off. Families bond around a table. There is a noticeable difference between families who take meals together and those who do not. I don't like eating in the kitchen because I don't like the stove and sink in full view. I don't like eating at breakfast bars because the diners don't look at each other. But the worst is eating in front of the tv. It teaches our children that television is so important to us that we can't even pull away for a meal with loved ones. I like an enclosed kitchen where I can clean fish, polish silver, can fruit, and bathe babies. I like to come out of the kitchen into the dining room presenting my food already arranged. I like the formality of a living room and dining room without a kitchen in the middle of it. I like walls where one can hang art and have privacy. Where do we eat now? Well, we have a dining table near the kitchen. My husband and I like to take our meals sitting down with pretty china, table linens, and fresh flowers. I don't see that changing in the forseable future. Nothing else seems quite as fun.

We are a family of 10. Not only is our dining room used for three meals a day and snacks normally, it is also our school room. It also hosts lots of playtime for Legos, Polly Pockets, craft projects, etc. A big dining room was probably the number one desire I had in a home when we bought ours six years ago. If we had found a home with an open floor plan (ours is sectioned off farmhouse), that would have been okay too. My desire wasn’t layout so much as a specific place for us to have to eat and do activities as a family. That being said, I think for many, family mealtime is an outdated concept sadly. 😱 I don’t mean to sound “judgy” when I say this, but I think people have allowed activities to take away family time. If nothing else, I wish every family would have at least one special sit-down meal a week, for instance, Sunday dinner.

You are the problem here, you know very damn well that the “ Written offer” is designed to “ Fuck” the buyer, the system is designed to squeeze up to the very last penny out a homebuyer. If I come up to you and show you cash in hand, explain all the details of closing, including price that should be enough info for you to relay to your seller. If Nay I walk away, if Yay we write up the sales contract, nice and easy. But no, you’re phat @s s wants that signed offer to continue the gravy multi offer deal, who are you trying to fool. As an agent, you should be ashamed of yourself, trying to make a killing out of someone else’s investment. I bet you if I come up to you with a much higher verbal cash offer than asking price you would stop every thing and run to your seller, your time as an agent has come to an end, I smell commission breath.

Hello there, I have been following your CZcams channel very well. Your channel video topic and quality are very good. You can take your channel further if you want. But there are some important issues in your channel which will not grow your channel easily if not solved, and your channel SEO score is absolutely a little.

Hello! there. I saw your videos and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after analysis, I noticed there needs to be improvement for getting more views and subscribers. You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also. I will show the problem in your video and share how to fix it. Only say ‘yes’ if you want to grow your channel.
