In this story, Mark, also known as Invincible, is spending time with Eve and Amber when he receives a call from a mysterious stranger claiming to be his mother, who is actually being held hostage by Angstrom Levy. Angstrom, blaming Mark for his deformity, transports Mark through various realities. Mark encounters dinosaurs, Spider-Man, and even Batman from different universes. After a series of confrontations, Mark ends up killing Angstrom but finds himself trapped in a barren dimension, realizing he may never return home.
