    직장인이고. 아직은 헬스장에.갈 수 없는 루틴이라 집에서만 운동을 조곰씩하는데요. 이 스쿼트를 10분간 좀 편하게 할수있을 정도가 된다면... 어떤 운동(힙으뜸님의 운동영상 중에서)을 병행하면 체력 향상에.더 좋을까요?? 일단 체력을 높이는게 목표입니다으 ㅠㅠ
