Hello everyone, it's Mazin Alneami here and I'M BACK!
Why am I back on YT after such a long time? 😅
I've ruptured my right knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and so challenging myself to an IronMAN 70.3 upon my return to full fitness.     Are these the stretches that solely cured your APT, because I’m an absolute beginner & I don’t know if it’s just me but would stretching like this actually strengthen the muscles needed to correct APT.. I’m not sure I’m feeling the stretched on the lunch & I feel it more in my groin on the sitting one? Kinda confused

    I have just logged in to let you know how much you have just helped me with your video and those exercises. I have been suffering from lumbago since yesterday that caused me extreme lower back pain and I wasn’t sure about how to endure next day at work and that I should probably go to hospital emergency instead. I know my APT may have already caused the condition so I was looking for some exercises I could do once my pain is gone and although I was in great pain, I just carefully did those exercises anyway and - lo and behold - my back pain has reduced by 80%!! I will definitely continue with those exercises as a preventive measure to hopefully get rid of my APT. Thank you so much for your great help!

    I'm just starting my journey regarding this in order to improve my running form and general health Based on what I've seen, you could use a bit more focus on the strengthening of the glutes. single leg bridges are recommended by a lot of people for APT, but this sort of "lunge deadlift" with dumbbells that i found on AthleanX's channel seems to work the glutes PHENOMENALLY. they actually strained my booty the first time I did them

    It is almost always weak glutes and weak stomach muscles. It's a consequence of sitting all the time so get to working out on the regular!

    My apt is much too severe, ive never been able to do a proper squat like that. (A very embarassing thing as I am of slavic origin, lol) Is it ok to do it holding onto something at first so I dont just fall backwards as I always do when my heels touch the ground? Do you have any other work arounds?

    Another side is vivid strange dreams, I had this and caused me to take it inconsistently. D3 is also often put in ZMA supplements and seemed to help with my sleep. I think it only increases testosterone in those who are deficient

    The first two exercises i only feel in my legs. I've spent about an hour trying to get them to work but I don't feel my hip flexors I don't even know what they are supposed to feel like. The third exercise I always fall down with but i guess holding a weight in my hands could help me balance. The last exercise does work so there is that. Am i doing something wrong? This is meant to be the fix it solution, i'm really really really frustrated and angry this isn't working for me. I've spent a month on and off trying it but it just never works
