Making Cross Table
I would like to show you my idea for a cross table for the WS-15 bench drill.
The body of the table is a 15mm sheet of metal to which I screwed some prisms I found in a nearby scrapyard.
The second part of the body is made similarly, except that I added a square steel rod with threaded holes to be able to push one of the prisms to remove the slack.
The element that moves the table is a 16x4 trapezoidal screw which I threaded at the ends to a 10mm thread to be able to mount the knobs.
I made them from a piece of sheet metal, a pipe and a rod.
The second axis is a sled from some large lathe found on scrap.
After disassembling, cleaning and lubricating, they fit perfectly into the lower body of the table.
The WS15 does not have a pin on the top to hold the ER20 handle, so I came up with the idea of blocking the walrus cone using screws screwed into the handle's blade. The quill has a knockout socket at a slightly angle, thanks to which we tighten the handle by screwing in the screws.
The whole thing was extremely stiff and heavy (about 55 kg).

Hydraulic press with jack 20t
zhlédnutí 1,2KPřed 7 měsíci
The time has come to build a hydraulic press, which I have been missing for a long time for my work. I decided to do it as cheaply as possible, so I used material I had lying around in the garage. I used a 20t lift as the actuator.
Renovation of a table grinder ELNA

In this video I will show you how I renovated a table grinder made in Poland. My garage was missing a large, solid machine for sharpening knives and drills.

Hello everyone This time I made a welding magnet with adjustable angle. I will use the device to create further projects, which will save a lot of time and nerves. made_ingarage
That was 4 years ago. Do you sell them?
Lena hai.Machin.
Son bijona gelince ne yapacaksın?
Mas e iku kayu bulatnya tadi masih belum rata gimana cara ratainnya, tiba2 kok langsung jadi aj.
Man, you are a genius. Trust me.👋👋👋👋👋👋👍👍👍👍👍
What's the size of this motor?
Chế đồ hay đó nha 😂
only gripe i have is make certain your spidal is capable of the side load presured you are putting on it during milling procedures. ..that and add a brass gib..

hi, great build! thanks for sharing. the nuts on the bolts that support the head are not seated square, this will put the bolts in bend not tension and will fail. if possible change for long bolts that span across the top.

Nice and sturdy! The drilling must have taken ages.

Thank you

Thank you
I was wondering how you made the jack work upside down. Clever!
Thank you

If there is a gear available , why to put it into another one?
Very nice! I was wondering how you were going to make the slots without a milling machine, nice job brother. Thanks for sharing.
Good idea. What kind of lathe do you have?
Old Polish lathe TS-80
Why not just use the new gear you drilled out. None of this makes sense.
Look at the inside of the old gear. Do you understand?
The inside of the old gear has splines in it, the new one doesn't, so it wouldn't work.
Can you explain, why the gasket on the bearing is facing inside? Won't all the grindings go into it and kill the bearing instantly?
There is a cover on the inside. There is no way to lubricate the bearing from the outside using the screw that I screw in at 11.05 minutes.
I see. Mine had much bigger gap between shaft and motor cap and I got dead bearing very quick. It got full of abrasive dust.
🎶🥳🎶 OUTSTANDING! Using your example, i will be replacing the tool rests on my old grinder. Later, time permitting, i will replace the bearings also. Thank you.
Thank you
Po ile te imadla?
Nie do sprzedania
Not ancwasy build gor sure, some hard tools and machinery needed...
też mam imadło do WS-15 recznie robione ze stali - 100mm x 100mm mega fajne bo niskie ok 60mm wysokości. robił to gość z okolic Tarnowa
Jakie wymiary imadla i jakich materiałów pan użył ?
Rozstaw szczęk to 23cm a szerokość to 15cm.
Looks great but your choice of music will drive a person nuts
It would be extremely useful if the dimensions of the various parts could be supplied.
First one showed missing parts. Second one was complete. It's a working bench grinder czcams.com/users/postUgkxxC8HPnl24fu0XhMU_nbmWNEUoK1RMHXk . One thing I like alot is that it's surprisingly quiet. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing any rpms or power for the quietness either. All in all it's a very nice machine. No vibration whatsoever.
I had a lot of old pipes and rebar to cut up and from what I read czcams.com/users/postUgkxPDBfLu68o58Aw85O_J-zIFfjJARBhp-3 this would be the tool for the job. Since I had never used one, I watched a couple of youtube videos and I'm so glad I did. Some really good safety tips, which I followed, and this tool did a splendid job. One good thing to know is the weight of the tool puts just about the right amount of pressure on the metal I was cutting, so I didn't have to use a lot of pressure, which is more likely to jam the tool. It made fast work of my job.
👍👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Show !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you share the dimensions please.
I like this a lot. I want one. Kudos! Suggestion: Behind the hand knobs, put a receiver for a small socket. Then you could use a drill or impact driver to spin the movable parts of the jaw in or out quickly, for example to go from 1” material to 3”.
