I really enjoyed this (I am finishing Year 3 of my training and am a professional violist). If you wanted to go further with this, I would in include some Pelvic Clock, as so much can be accomplished in sitting and standing with the use of that. I see that you do go "between 9 and 3" etc. It's a great way to explore one's playing!
