You are very smart, I watched some videos of your channel, I have two sounds high pitched and static noise, I just want to lower the volume of the static noise. But, I don't know how to detect that frequency of my static noise, it's hard to know. Because is not the static noise normal, it's mixed with white noise.

Once it stops. I have a clear mind then it comes back 😩

I'm in tears ... I played this 3 times in a row and kept thinking, man I can hear it and then when it would stop it was dead silence. I was shook. I haven't felt true silence in over a week. I heard it start to come back in the background and was like nope not happening ... So did it a 2nd and then 3rd for good measure. I didn't even give myself time to wait and see if it came back, I'm listening to metal hoping when I'm done with that I will have true relief. Thank you so so much.

Funny thing with my tinnitus is when I get it it usually happens when I have too much wax or stress. Too much water can cause tinnitus to happen believe it or not. And if you leave it in your ears for a period of time. Well. You better get it checked. Trust me. Don't pull a me.
