I think the game is a bug, but yes, the robot has a low battery, and that's why it shuts down. Have you managed to come out of the cave? Just continue even with no cutscene

Millie's quest, since the official name for Legendary Kelp Essenceis Osmium Kelp Essence. To make a bottle of Osmium Kelp Essence you need to put 10 Osmium Kelp and one piece of glass into the extractor.

If you don't have osmium kelps yet, you can buy them from the Lab shop Ling Lab.

Definitely Not a Ninja Sword is a side mission. You will get RX-67 with this mission. The day after the events of Sandrock Strikes Back.

You need to have it selected on your hot bar and then just click.

If you completes Civil Business, Justice will invite you to Civil Corps, give you a Civil Corps Jacket, Civil Corps Pants, and Civil Corps Boots, making them an honorary member of the Sandrock Civil Corps and giving them the access to Bounty Board commissions. Thanks 🙂

It worked mine just now, I used Pot, then ingredients milk + cocoa bean. Now I have hot chocolate. Make sure you get the right cocoa bean, not coffee bean.

Go to the bend area some agate to gather . Also, granite from Valley of Whisper and on the way to the badlands area. Granite, you can use your ore refining machine to drop agate, too.

Hi, OK, did you kill all the bad guys before you broke the 2 wall? Might will trigger Ged dialogue. Did not show any highlight square key on the ground to open the door above? Are you still inside that cave mission?
