Yoga is an occult practice., wery dangerous. Yoga opens our mind and soul do demonic influence. Stay away from it. Thefe is no way to self knowledge, truth, true soul and spiritual health, and to everlasting life buth true Jesus Christ. Yoga only opens you do demonic influence and I speak and testify that from my own experience. Stay away from it. Serach for Jesus, go to Catholic holly Mass even if you do not understand anything as i didn't know absolutely nothing but I was stubborn and I was knocking and knocking, and eventualy gates of heavenly knowledge and love were opend for me and I had indescribable revelations directly into my soul and mind and I become Catholic, vent to baptism, communion and confirmation. That was 24 years ago and I m still standing strong in Catholic Church. Before I was in all sorts of TM, Yoga, new age etc and all that brought me almost to suicide....
