We are a husband and wife artist team that create carved vessels and sculptures. Each piece is skillfully carved using a chainsaw to rough out the design and then grinders to finish up. Scott has a true talent for the design aspect of every creation, ensuring they are "one of a kind". His skill with the chainsaw is second to none and shows in everything he creates.
Creating a sculpture- "Fantasy Flight"
"Fantasy Flight" was carved from a Mesquite log into this incredible sculpture. Scott envisioned a design and sought out the right log to create it. He then started carving it with the chainsaw, making it come to life. Then grinders finished the process. Stephanie then sanded the piece to a fine grit and applied several coats of hand rubbed oil finish. This beautifully carved sculpture was our first professional video showing a piece from start to finish and is still the most poplar we've ever created.
