    Your reviews are great. Thanks for all you do. This house seems to have too much penny pinching going on and looks very generic. The kitchen is a huge letdown. Cheapness surrounds. That said a great deal could make it worthwhile.

    this is a really good bit of advice, my wife and I are in the process of building our first home. We have been lucky to have the advice of my parents who have built their last three homes, and have spoken plenty with us, but to hear a real estate professional echo their opinions just gives much more confidence in the process. my biggest take-away is with the appliance hunting, especially since we have more time to look into what we want. thank you!

    What's putting off a lot of buyers is that what the standard building of a small family house was minamal 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath at 1800 square ft and a true 1/4 acres feeling that downgraded to 3 bedroom 2 bath, smaller house and property.
