Facial Expressions of Case 2 at 10-Year Follow-Up After Face Reconstruction
A 41-year-old man with a totally disfigured face and severely restricted facial expression accepted the face prefabrication procedure. The total expander volume reached 3200 mL. A 32 × 30 cm2 prefabricated flap was obtained and transposed to the facial defect. At 10-year follow-up, the patient was satisfied, which had a uniform skin color and improved facial contour and nasal profiles. This video shows that functional deformities, including lagophthalmos, limited mouth opening, and limited neck range of motion, were greatly improved. In addition to the basic facial expressions, including smiling, laughing, anger, and pucker, the patient could also deliver delicate facial expressions, including frowning and wrinkling of the nose.

There is New drug My question ⁉️ is there recurrent fits.. and what is the prognosis of disease.?
I know three people who have died in their 90's as a result of falls in the UK at home. A major issue is that people of that age pre-date the modern appreciation that exercise is healthy and do not "believe" in it.
I had a fish hook in my left eyeball couple of years back and before the ambulance arrived in my panicked state i pulled it out and thanks to that damn move i have to wear glasses now😂
My top 2 worst accident xD

Worst disease in existence. 💔
It wa more symmetrical looking in the before pic. Was this due to some medical indication?

How many of those pts were still on the SAD (Standard American Diet?) I for one was diagnosed with hypertension in 2016 and prescribed atenolol and hydrochlorothiazide. It was only after I completely removed sugar, in all of its obfuscating names used by the food industry, from my diet that I was able to get my blood pressure down near 120/80.😃
May he rest in peace. Such a cruel oversight to let this horrible disease take place.
Imagine war happens surprisingly then you're doing surgery ☠️
What about Rhino Virus?
Thank you for your research and medical advancement.
This don't make sense to me
Hmm
IVIG or intravenous immune globulin is the treatment for Opsoclonus-MyoclonusAtaxia Syndrome
The video clearly shows how insensitive and ill informed both the doc and relative are. Insisting he recognize himself. I lost my dear Mother very recently. She suffered almost 2 yrs of Alzheimer's dementia. Such a dynamic and active person. We are still wondering what cud have gone wrong. This disease is devastating and very tragic to see them suffering. Doctors just kept prescribing meds and increasing the dosage. No one has a clue or solution. We were helpless. God give strength to all those who have near and dear ones suffering from this.
Tx plan?
i am medical student and after one week i will do the surgery for my nose ahahhhahahahaha

Very useful academic vedio.thanks for sharing knowledge.
It looks a bit like essential tremors
when I was a kid I smelted lead in a tin can and turned it into a denture and put it in my mouth. Oh boy I wonder if it affects my brain and the way I behave today.
Conversations that have absolutely no intention to resolve this hostile racist behavior practiced in healthcare, towards Black Americans. The harm caused is consistent, perpetual, and intentional. These "discussions" are just time fillers with gaslighting undertones.
In my case smoking was a take it or leave thing. On November 27,2004 I quit, never lighting up again. It's not impossible to quit.
I’ve never heard of this.
When the indirect pathway overcomes the direct pathway
58 percent risk reduction. Great!
This poor man. I cannot imagine the terror and helplessness he felt going through this and knowing things will only get worse from there. I hope he is happy in Heaven now.
I struggle with this every day
As someone who did this before i really don't recommend it. It's gonna be like the old way withing 3 months. I got open rhinoplasty surgery 3 days ago and it really less painful and more effective. Don't waste your money on this useless stuff. Save your money and get done surgery for more effective results.
Old method, stay away
My mom died of this way back in the late 80.s was so hard to get a diagnosis only at autopsy were we sure.Rgey got the diagnosis by sending It e brain matter to Enlgland she had even a rarer form of Cjd.!!! . Great conversation, guys👍

You should never show dementia sufferers their recflection.... Bit of common sense here it could cause them to become extremely upset, confused or even lash out in anger amd disbelief ... 😤
would like to see the side injected. that needle was long lol
I still don’t understand how these prion diseases aren’t like cancer. Isn’t that basically what cancer is? Genetic mutations inside the body that replicate out of control?
Wow
