assalaam o alikum dear ustad, jazak Allah khair for starting this series really looking forward to continue. one more request, if not much trouble could you please also share a series on fiqh 'al hidaya shareef'. would really appreciate it. may Allah reward your team abundantly in both the worlds. @49:30 I think you explained this example wrongly here. Here ولذا قال refers to what الإمام الشافعي said. You can infer this from the previous examples, as the author has consistently been using 3rd person verbs for الإمام الشافعي so far and 1st person for ours. Explanation for our Madhab would be: When the عبد vanished, the غاصب became the مالك. And according to us, once the قضاء has already been completed, the ملك will not go to the former owner even after the عبد appears. This is because according to us, in case of تغير فاحش, it is not necessary to do أداء to begin with. But according to الإمام الشافعي it was still necessary. You can find this explanation in the حاشية of الإمام اللكنوي. I have also found this مسألة in البحر الرائق.
Jazakumullahu khairan kaseeran

Masha'Allah...this was a very good explanation. Jazak'Allahu-khair

You said in the video theres no way to rectify tadeel arkan so the adaa is done but with difficency and thats with you and Allah. I thought missing out sajdah or rukuu means the namaz won't count and u redo it and sajda sahwa is only for missing the wajibats like ta'deel arkan? Isn't sajda sahwa the way to rectify leaving tadeel arkan?
Sijda Sahw is only applicable for rectifying shortcomings that are in the essence of the Salah. For example: forgetting to sit after 2 Rakats, forgetting Fatihah etc. There are other things which are still Wajib, but not in the essence of Salah. For example: Doing Sijda but not placing one of the hands. It is still said that the person has left out a Wajib, but this is a Wajib in Sijda, and it not a Wajib in the essence of Salah. So Sijda Sahw does not become compulsory for this. Ta'deel ul Arkan falls in this category. So the umbrella phrase "Sijda Sahw is necessary for leaving out any Wajib" is not very precise. But rather the Usool is what you have seen in this video: "If you have done Ada Naqis, then you need to rectify it with a similar thing, and sometimes Sharia can name something to be similar even though it is not." For Ta'deel ul Arkan Sharia did not name Sijda Sahw as a way of rectifying it, so you cannot.
In books of Fiqh, you will typically see a chapter for Wajibs in Salah, and another for what necessitates Sijda Sahw. If leaving any Wajib out necessitated Sijda Sahw, there would be no need for Sijda Sahw chapter! Actually in the chapter of Sijda Sahw you will find the scenarios that actually have proof that it necessitates Sijda Sahw. It just happens so that they correlate with things that are Wajib. So it become popular that leaving out Wajib necessitates Sijda Sahw. But this is a rule of thumb and not always true.
Masalah Al kuhl! What a headache! Thanks for explaining clearly!
Slmalkm Shiekh, can we follow the full text of AlKubra on this series?
Muhammad said that if you pass wind with stink or sounds during dua, allah rejected your dua. Why?
Can you give me the source?
@@nectorleaf3629 didn't you know it? It means you have passed wind during dua, and allah has rejected all your duas!!!. Read the hadith given below. Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The prayer of a person who does Hadath (passes urine, stool or wind) is not accepted till he performs the ablution." All statements that are authentically attributed to the last prophet, muhammad (peace be upon him) are well referenced from the books of sunnah. Give us a reference for this statement
That is the beauty of Islam.....Non has the right to speak about it except that he quotes where he is getting his words from.......the moment you say Allah said.....we expect a quranic verse or hadith al qudsi to follow your words and it must be well used. Secondly, the moment you say the prophet muhammad (swalla llahu alayhi wa salam) said ABC......at the end of your statement we look out for where u got that word from. If we don't find it there or can not find it by ourselves, then we abandon your statement for you.

20:40 ماذا تفقدون Doesn't تفقدون have انتم inside? I'm not sure if I've totally understood the مشتغل part
I’ll be honest, I disagree. You will never ever be sinless. If we were, Allah SWT would wipe us from existence and replace us with a people who sin and sincerely repent to Him, and He would accept their repentance. To repent is from ‘Ibadah, and makes one like the sinless; and perhaps now you have the state as the sinless one except you have more ‘ibadah than them… And Allah SWT Knows best. I think it is sincerity. Piety and righteousness are important, but they require sincerity above all. I mention this because the tabi’een were said to have prayed more and fasted more and overall done more acts of worship than the sahaba, but the sahaba were still better people. Why? The answer to that question reveals more of the truth to this matter than what you’ve said alone, imo. It’s also where we may find the answers for the Ummah, provided we look to the Qur’an & Sunnah first before them lol. And Allah SWT Knows best.
You will never be sinless but you can put in the effort to avoid as many sins as possible. Especially that one sin that one keeps doing again and again. Sins destroy your good deeds. This is the way of the pious people - they don't use "humans always sin" as an excuse not to strive to stay away from sins.
@@Nuur89 Sure. It’s known that sins are to be avoided though. They’re sins after all. Not as many know what I shared, and I think it adds more insight as to becoming one of the awliyaa’ of Allah SWT, and He Knows best. He Does as He Pleases.

السلام عليكم Question is regarding an old class- 'sentences'. Do you have any video on practical class on Irab ?
Does Kubra cover materials covered in Wusta or are the topics in Kubra completely different? Would I be able to gain all the benefits in Wusta by just reading Kubra?
Same structure, but more complex. Better to do wusta first.
