I agree with it all but not blow drying hair. If you don't blow dry your hair and it looks freezy you need to seal that critical. Try rinsing with cold water and air dry. If it's still happening BLOW DRY IT! If done correctly it can seal the cuticle.

Thank you!!!! I finally walked away from a narcissistic friend. I felt guilty about just ended our "friendship" without attempting to explain why. I'd experienced everything that you've said. I walked on eggshells around her. I have a lot if health issues and she exploited that. She told my business to her friends and offered to be my caregiver with pay after she'd gotten fired. I paid the tab whenever we went somewhere and she'd order whatever she wanted without discretion. She'd offer ti go with me to doctor appointments and I appreciated it but I drove my car and paid for her food. She borrowed money but forgot to pay me back. She went to the State Fair on canned goods donations day. She brought me candy apples. I was shocked because she doesn't offer to do things without payment. As she was leaving, she turned like Columbo and asked for $20 for gas. I asked why did she but the apples if she needed gas. I didn't ask nor knew that she was going to buy them but she volunteered. She became defensive and said she put her fair money with her bill money by mistake. She was going out of town and needed the money for gas. I was in the bed after having had outpatient surgery. I told her to bring my purse. She did. I wrote a check for $20 only. She said she'd pay me back.... I tried to tell her that she lies and manipulates me and makes me feel guilty because she does go with me occasionally to my appointments and she said God knows she's not asking me for money to use me. She makes sarcastic jokes about me and my health and resents when I do well. I am always helping her financially. I would go buy her groceries or lunch and dinner and she'd share with her dog. She took the money she had and would buy her dog a toy and a custom for Halloween, Valentine Day or Christmas. She'd take vacations with friends but ask me directly or indirectly for help. For her birthday I took her to a nice restaurant and gave her a gift. For my birthday, she came over unannounced. She said she would spend the day with me. I told her that I was going to IHOP to get a birthday breakfast. She asked to go. I told the waitress it was my birthday. She said that they no longer did the free birthday breakfast but dessert with the app. I said okay and ordered. She ordered steak, eggs, juice, coffee, toast, fruit and dessert. When the check came, she said she had no money. I had omelet. Her tab was twice mine. I'm done.
