The M240 has such saturated greens at times. I've noticed the same with mine, even with a very different lens. A lot of the color subtlety gets washed away in a quite digital hyper green tone. It's not always easy to edit out, either. Otherwise, I really like the M240 color. It's second only to the Q116 for my particular taste.
The only other camera that really impressed me with the colors was the M8. But i absolutely agree about the greens on the 240, it’s actually something i struggle with when editing those files.
For when you grow up...sophistication.

Google the excess silicone oil pan issue for this new year of WRX. Excess comes off drops in pan, plugs up oil pick up tube screen, engine starves for oil, engine gets ruined. Subaru has had complaints but does not act on it..

Hi. This comparaison is surprising for many reasons : 1- This Leica lens was produced between 1957 and 1972. So the rendering was adapted to the M4, that means a film camera not a digital one. 2- You can change the settings on the M240 to adapt the rendering to your tastes, so colors can be more or less bright. 3- A Leica lens and a Pentax lens don't have the same features, so even on the same camera, they won't give the same results. 4- Colors rendering mainly depend on the photo processing with films.

That’s the coffee foaming up because the water was hot. I think it’s called “blooming”

Nice shots coming out from m8! Mine is gonna arrive this weekend and I'm so excited to use it specially the limitations of using only iso 650. For sure this camera will teach me alot not to rely on the technology but to go back and enjoy the fun of making photos

Nice. Are these from the raw files? Do you use the camera’s JPEG? Thanks. I also just got an M8 and is learning about the characteristics of this camera.
These were all the raw files! Since the files of the M8 were so small I figured I would use the dng so I could have more flexibility! I always use the in camera BW jpeg.

M8 35mm1.4 nokton 60000 shots 11 years never cleaned the sensor once .. Excellent range finder camera.. P.s i shot b&w on the m8 only...
