RCT150 Rubber Crawler Truck Features Walk-Around
For carrying larger payloads, the RCT150 answers the call with the capacity to carry 15,000 pounds (6,804 kg). Its 275-hp (205-kW) CAT Tier 4 Final engine provides more horsepower than other machines in its class. Reliable Rexroth hydraulic pumps provide exceptional service life and are backed by Rexroth’s global service network. The RCT150’s design offers unrestricted access to the engine and hydraulic components for ease of serviceability. 28-inch (700 mm) wide rubber tracks yield ground pressure of just 4.0 psi (27.6 kPa) when loaded. Powerful, 2-speed track drives achieve travel speeds of 4.1 mph (6.6 km/h) in low and 6.8 mph (10.9 km/h) in high. Built with the operator in mind, the RCT150’s spacious cabin features heat and A/C as well as a fold-up front window that doubles as an escape path. The high-backed, air-ride suspension seat is heated and has adjustable armrests. The machine’s travel is controlled by a single joystick, for ease of operation and controlled response. A color display panel keeps the operator alert to engine performance and machine vitals. The RCT150 Crawler Truck comes with a 10-foot long x 7.8-foot wide (3 m x 2.4 m) dump bed with folding sides or as a cab and chassis that can be out outfitted to meet the customer’s needs. It can accept a broad range of truck beds/bodies or be fitted with equipment to perform specialized tasks, such as drill rigs, aerial lifts, cranes, and more. Auxiliary hydraulics are easily added to the engine’s pump drive or in line with propel pumps.

When I watch the way this machines work I always wonder why they don't leave the head on the ground and push the small trees over. You'd think that in some cases it would up root the tree and you'd grind up the stump at the same time.

Don’t buy this. Ours is literally cracking. The frame is falling apart and the tracks come off literally everyday.

We have few Raycos and the are many problems with those machines...headaches every day.
Nothing but good times in my C-100 and C-200.
I have a 2017 rg45x. Basically same machine. Is there a recall on the pin that the swing out controls pivot on? It started cracking about when warranty went off. I noticed controls were sagging a little. I thought the bushings were bad. Went to replace them and noticed the pin was hanging on by a thread. I'm in the market for another machine and curious if problem has been addressed. Thanks for any input you have.

Appears to do nice work but machine seems bogged down by saplings and brush that my brushhog could handle. That said, the size of output debris is good. I'm wondering -- since this vid is from 2016 -- whether Rayco has upgraded the hp and oil output of this unit. Wouldn't mind comparing in pounds, price, and productivity to, say, a CAT 299D3 XE Land Mgt unit w/ mulcher when faced with live trees that are over 4-in DBH.

Can you make a video without the background music. Preferable 1 camera angle, solid stump, with the machine at it's knees on the brink of stalling the head. I want to see what this thing can do. Also put an evolution wheel on it. Production will increase a solid 15%. What is flow and relief pressure on the pump?
Jacob. I agree on your assessment of the different wheel. But no way Rayco will put a different wheel on. They don't even like you to change to green teeth when you buy their machine. I have the RG80 and love it. I would love to demo this one even though I don't care for tracks on a machine. Why don't you demo one, do a video like you say and post it so we can all see the real power of this machine? I demoed the RG80, no video but tested it hard and it passed the test.
