行動研究 Action Research教育研究若以研究目標區分，可分為基本或純粹研究(fundamental or pure research)、應用研究(applied research)與行動研究(action research)三種。行動研究與基礎研究在研究理論、典範與設計上都截然不同。基礎研究強調理論發展及普遍性的應用，但行動研究重視實際問題的解決，因此格外要考量相關的情境。 行動研究的研究目的，不強調理論的發展及研究結果的普遍應用性，而是一種針對特定的時間、地點及情境中的問題特性，而配合相關教育理論所結合的一種研究設計。其研究發現，可按個別實行的情形，施予評鑑。論其目標不外在於改進學校的實務，以及把研究的功能與教師的工作結合，藉以提升教師的素質，改進教師的研究技巧、思維習慣，促使教師與他人和睦相處，並強化教師的專業精神。 行動研究的特徵有下列幾項： 1.行動研究的研究對象是與實際工作情境中有關的問題或人物，如班級的學生、教職員以及學生的學習表現等等。 2.行動研究的研究設計是一種綜合性的整體架構，以解決實務上所遭遇的問題以及尋找新的發展為目的，它必須仰賴真正的觀察結果以及行為的資料，而進行的研究，屬於實證的研究。 3.行動研究的研究設計及過程具有彈性與適應性，在研究進行期間，允許改變，同時也會放棄控制措施，以利反應和現場的實驗與創新。 4.行動研究可以是一種質的研究法，其研究理論便可以自然論(naturalism)的架構為基礎，這種研究與研究者的價值判斷的主觀性，也和研究問題所存在的情境無可分離，至於其信度與效度的問題，則需以質的研究的方式來考量。 行動研究的研究過程中，大概包含以下幾個步驟：(1)界定問題或訂定目標；(2)閱覽文獻，俾瞭解是否他人也遭遇類似的問題，或已達成有關的目標；(3)形成可供考驗的假設或探討的策略；(4)安排研究的環境，並明確敘述程序和條件；(5)確立評鑑標準、評量技術，以及其他可取得有效回饋的其他工具或手段；(6)分析資料與評鑑結果。(參考terms.naer.edu.tw/detail/1305304/)

hi am master 2 student (spanish language) and my graduation subject is about gvc global virtual clasrroom it will be about "the evaluation of oral competence in virtual learning: case study GVC ".
