Note : I am mentally fine and was creatively venting making this video . I think mental health awareness is a huge priority and felt I could show my experience of panick attacks and the afterthoughts that follow
love these transitions between the scenes, try use less of the zoom in post production or find a way to make it a bit smoother, good film as always man
