Nurture your body and your soul on the 2021 Autumnal Equinox! Take time for yourself to balance and restore your physical body and enjoy the gifts of nature with an all-natural vegan meal. Experience the sunset in a deep sense of peace and contentment.
Iman Moussa, Natalie Wiser-Orozco and Abril Istre will come together to bring you the best they have to offer. Three entrepreneur women, with a mission to empower others and give back to the community through their work and passion. They will create an unforgettable evening for you to enjoy.
Join us for a 60 minute all-levels Yoga practice followed by a delicious Koshary meal and a decadent Fall-inspired cupcake.
The Yoga practice will celebrate the accomplishments of the summer while honoring the Earth’s seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration, finding balance and a sense of wholeness. This practice will effortlessly lead and prepare your body to receive a meal that has been carefully prepared with love and gratitude.
We will begin the evening at 5:30pm. Class will promptly start at 5:45pm. At the end of the class, you will have an opportunity to socialize with your old and new friends, while indulging in a delightful dinner.
There will also be a raffle held while we dine for 3 virtual classes at Vida I Am Health & Wellness, a 20% Off Coupon for Koshary by Misteka, and a free ½ Dozen of Cupcakes from The Devil Wears Parsley!

Because Wayne abused drugs. His wife was a substance abuser and got him hooked. I did the VIP Q&A with Xer0 and he told us all these stories, and Wayne was really the issue.
Yeah, specifically he didn't get along with Tony. Wayne referred to him as a "jerk" on multiple occasions. I guess Tony owned part of the Static X name, and he refused to let Wayne tour under that name. Maybe they made amends before he died.... Hopefully they did, but I haven't heard anything further regarding the relationship.

Very cool....got an idea. Whole Food brand Imitation Chicken plant based patties, tortilla, mayo, lettuce, tomato, fried pineapple, and coconut bacon....recently learned pineapple and bacon is a great combo.

Yeah, i'm thinking it about time to try Beyond Meat products. They are expensive, i take it you like them? I buy the Trader Joe's vegan meats.
I do like them - I think they have a more realistic texture than some of the other vegan sausages out there. I know sometimes that turns people off though. They're not as dense, which I like. Seasoned well - not too overpowering or salty on their own. With this dish, one pack is spread out to 8 portions, so it will stretch that dollar!

Just got done, my Trooper pairing.....i had fooled around with the dipping sauce, before i grabbed the beer, and found, i liked it better, with 1 cup ketchup and a dash of mayo. It was a nice pairing, thanks for the idea.
