I like Woman Embracing the Middle phase of Life. I have really experienced being in the middle of helping take care of my elderly parents to being a grandmother to two toddlers who live with us. I never realized the physical and mental energy that was gonna drain me. Embracing the middle stage of life is a tough place to be…same routines of bathing, feeding, changing diapers, to exercise to naps. And I never dreamed it would be like this in the middle phase of life for me. God has been very good to us but it’s been a tough road. Signed….caught in the center of the circle of life.

How about the title " Part Deux for You"

I think you should continue just what you’re doing. Make videos of what inspire you and interest you. You’re doing great!

WOMEN EMBRACING THE SECOND PHASE OF LIFE- is a title that I believe calls out to those of us that may have children that are now either in college or adults as well as those of us retired. I believe that is your focus as many women at these stages may be struggling with finding a new purpose or recognizing that they now have the time to take better care of themselves or pursue a passion that had to take a “backseat” before. I’d like to hear specifics focused on health, wellness and nutrition. Perhaps more interviews of others that have found a new passion and how did they start. Thank you for offering these videos. I’ve learned a lot and look forward to them.

I enjoy your wisdom and ideas, although I’d be interested in seeing you incorporate some of your yoga and fitness expertise and more healthy living tips. Especially now we’re in “that” phase of life. You know I struggle with my weight and staying healthy and active, staying positive, and I find a lot of other platforms to be a little overwhelming. I loved your talking to real women, or hearing others’ testimonials, your decluttering and journaling segments. I also miss your group walks. 😉

I started kickboxing at age 48. One of my greatest joys and keeps me moving. Wish I had done it sooner but never had the mind set to. As we get older I feel it makes you braver and not care as much what others think. Do something...even if its small...thats new and exciting and makes you happy.

Sherri… your videos are very inspiring. I get motivation out of every one. A suggestion for a new name if you choose to go in that direction is “start where you are”.

As someone who’s about to turn 40, the topic of how to continue enjoying life and thriving in the upcoming decades is top of mind. I have enjoyed a lot of your videos. It gives me something to aspire to! My favorites are about gardening, thrifting, home decor. You have an impressive wealth of experience to draw from. I like “the second phase” - it sounds like a book title! 😊

Looking really good. 👍 😊😊😊😊. I love the sunflowers and how tall they are getting. You can stake up and tie your cucumbers. They grow great that way and don’t make runners all over. Cool a shade garden!! Hydrangeas love some shade with little sun. Mine burn up in GA!! They kind of look like Vincas. Also you might wanna tie your sunflowers to fence just to secure them from high winds and rains from hurricane coming. Named Debbie!!! Hello garden party. Awwwwww. I love the flowers you are giving away….thats so cool and relaxing. Taking care of senior parents are on my list right now. Wish I could have been there. 😢 Awwww what cute snacks.

When I was a young mom with 4 kids at home, I read a book on how to have a clutter free house. I still use some of those tactics today. Basically, it was just put things away after using. What a concept, lol

Hi, I've been daily journaling since 2018 and I started out having different journals for different things but I soon found that I kept forgetting to fill in my other journals so now I put everything in my daily journal and it always end up super chunky.

You did a great job on your first year. You big dahlia’s were beautiful!! That will be cool to see the purple ones.

Thanks for the water jug idea. I have used empty jugs or small water bottles in the bottom of a large pot and the added soil, covered the pot with plastic to make a “ greenhouse “ effect. This year I will try your idea. 👍

I like all your pretty journals, some with catchy sayings! Very relaxing video. I watched since I was having trouble sleeping and just happened upon it.

Thanks for showing us how you did it last year. And also this year how much you are experienced even more. How much water to you allow from rain water and how do you know how much you should do on your own? And do you need to put drain holes in bottom at all? Good job on all the jugs. Wow! Do you bring them inside when it’s real cold?
