Really enjoying your videos and project updates, we are learning a lot. A bit of a specific question, if the property has been empty for a few years, did you not get stung by the council tax premium on properties which have been empty for over 2 years? We are in a similar situation with our own house we are renovating - trying to balance an empty homes grant where you need to be paying council tax, on a property which is inhabitable.
