Hey, Dan! I'm here from the link at the TubaForum. The students produced an interesting video and you came off really well in it, sir. Take care!
Hi
I’ve been praying for a home like this all my life since I was a little girl! I grew up in this area graduate of Bosse high school class of 98! 🙏🏾
The only ghosts are the ones we make believe in.
Great job on this video! I love to see new life being breathed into these forgotten treasures. Years later, this is once again a gorgeous home for some lucky family. And that butler's pantry! 😍
I would not haunt a place that has books.for i do not like books
Deputy chief brad hill Evansville police department
Born and raised in Evansville I know right where Baird Park is and you did a awesome so many beautiful old homes in Evansville it was a thriving town at one time I now live in South Florida but I still love seeing things from home thank you
Um sup
Here’s something that would be really shocking and unusual: paranormal investigators going to a supposedly haunted place, not witnessing anything out of the ordinary and saying, “nah, there’s nothing going on in here.”
Yeah I live in Evansville Indiana and came here every week as a kid/teen even at night believe me this place isn’t haunted. It’s all bs lol

umm..what the hell is going on in the library stacks behind the man?? like way back in the corner? is that a person moving around back there? at first it looks like a child moving quickly to the right, and then a taller person moving back to the left..just as he is talking about his experience with someone pulling on his arm.
A man of intelligence, talent, and integrity beyond measure. Served his country in the darkest of times , and a true gentleman as this video demonstrates. I value his friendship and knowledge more than anyone can imagine. Truly the best of his generation. Thanks Dan.

As the manager of an Evansville music store a few years ago, I had the distinct pleasure of watching Mr. Schultz work and seeing the results of his work on many occasions. As someone who could take a vintage, high quality, American horn and return it to playable condition, he was an invaluable resource. He was my go-to guy for anything brass-related and I never saw an instrument he did not meticulously make as correct as it could be made within the confines of a set budget. He is an amazing engineer and a real gem to the people of Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana. I hope his knowledge gets picked up by someone and carried on to the next generation. In today's throwaway society, finding someone who can still do what he does is beyond impossible. Thanks for making this video highlighting Mr. Schultz and his work. I have moved to Louisville, so it was nice to see him work again. - Brad Linzy
We're glad you enjoyed and appreciated the video.
