I put the hover kart and the instructions, pads and type of kart are different. The loops where the straps go are at angle and the instructions are showing the loop ends being straight. The metal part doesn't sit flat on the board and keeps making the hover board think it's not straight or unbalanced.

There are no batteries for the Hover-1 Beast on your website. Submitted a ticket/inquiry, but need a battery by this weekend.

Our battery would not come out either. We finally realized it's taped to the bottom, which was skipped over in the video. I could tell that this part of the video was skipped, and he just showed pulling up on the ring. Their website doesn't even sell replacement batteries. In fact, in the book (which really shows nothing but mostly safety stuff) it says not to replace the battery. Yet, there's this video from the website showing how.🙄

I have a Hover-1 Instinct On mode 5 it goes 16 mph --- If I use only the throttle on a flat road, I can travel 18 miles on a full charge, the range increases slightly with pedal assist to about 25 miles range and slightly higher on the lower modes because the motor works less. However, during my use, I have never reached more than 30 miles on a full charge and definitely not anything close to 40 miles ... the 360watt hour battery simply doesn't have enough juice to get you that far, this is from real world testing. Further more, I have to recharge this bicycle daily because the battery depletes very fast, nothing wrong with the battery, it's just the reality of what's possible; you have a 350 watt motor paired with a 360 watt battery ... the motor is going to eat through that battery in a little less than an hour on heavy use. The farthest I have traveled on the bicycle is 62 miles with a combination of manual pedaling with no electric assist unless I absolutely needed it like going up a hill or to fight a head wind. This is a great bicycle but great moderation is required of the electrical assist in order to go very far on the bicycle. I understand this information is not what you might want your customers to see but it is the truth and I can kindly delete my comment or you may delete the comment yourselves. You have my permission, no hard feelings on what ever action is taken. Cheers, Rafael
