In my opinion, it’s kind of disappointing hearing the other exhaust when it’s in the centre. The least they could’ve done is have the exhausts on the side, but then again, I prefer the screaming exhaust note that is from the centre. They’ve got it all wrong, it’s worse for the GT3 R because that car never had an exhaust change to be on the sides, only the centre. I’m hoping PGG can just change it, or even better, have another exhaust option for the centre exhaust. Actually, that would be cool. It sounds really good, but I’m just so used to hearing the screaming flat 6, but again, having that extra option for the exhaust would be very cool. Who would’ve thought they would use the other exhaust rather than the beloved screaming one since it’s known for that. To me it sounds better in FM despite it being suppressed. It sounds more like a Porsche, but don’t get me wrong though, I am aware this is also another exhaust option IRL for the RSR, and as I’ve said this sounds good too, but I’m just genuinely surprised they did that it since I don’t recall any other racing games with that particular side exhaust sound, let alone the car is known for its loud, heavenly sound. And yes I have heard the 2017 RSR back at Sebring in 2018. That thing was LOUD, but it sounded so bloody good. As a huge Porsche fan, it’s a let down to be honest.
