I’m on high alert to be aware of my thoughts so I can catch the ones that don’t align with who I Really am, not who I was conditioned or programmed to be. I AM !

But didn't she know why it's difficult to receive,why she fear pain?why she refuse to crie?why showing vulnerability it's a danger for her? It is important to know why we repeated the same pattern in order to make changes.

I had to pause the video and think about the depth of "all patterns come from a lack of unconditional love ".....until i met my second (now) husband i had never known what unconditional love was! I had an abusive mom and mostly absent father who i recently remembered molesting me and then i grew up with a heroin addiction and married a pedophile. He's now molesting our kids and unfortunately our government is corrupt in my state and it's being covered up. During this time since 2021 and being separated from them I've been on a deep healing and spiritual journey because although my situation is painful God gave me a man to love me unconditionally while I'll reach into the depths if my shadow so i can un-do all this damage to my subconscious and my heart. This video was the first to ever come up in my feed from you and I'm grateful i clicked it. Thank you for this work you're doing.

I learned that I am alot like Michelle. We feel like we need to do it all. I learned that I need to feel. I was crying with you Michelle and doing the practice with you. I believe in you, you are so strong. I just found this and was drawn to the call. Good Bless

I watched her glow and age regress in an hour.

I just went through this with Michelle. I am so much like her.

Notice how she refers to the man she married as her "husband." Not father, not wage earner, not garbage-taker-outer. "He's a great HUSBAND." And she wants to be a great mom. But she's confusing being a mom with a role of wage earner, maid, and most likely cook. If she wants to be a great mom, then all she has to focus on is being a MOM. A great mom keeps her house clean, feeds her family, etc. Unless she's distressed, in which case the family should support mom. So much pressure on what it means to be a mom, largely introduced to society by the powers that were to get women into the workforce so they can be taxed. My mom went to work after my dad left, and it was a great loss. I was abandoned by both parents.

Feel the feeling without judgment, and switch from problem solving to curiosity. What is this here to teach me?

This was so beautiful to listen to. I cried and released many times throughout. I started listening last night but didn’t finish before I slept. I awoke this morning with a dream where I was upset and trying to get someone to just listen to me. He was defending himself and his actions instead of just listening to me and having understanding for me and what I felt. At one point I reached over to him, gently but firmly squeezed his arm, looked deep into his eyes and said, “please just listen to me. Just listen. I just need you to listen to me and understand.” So he tried. It was hard for him. But he did just enough for me to start crying and releasing and then wake up crying. I knew that it was grief that was here. Deep old pain and sadness that I’ve not been able to listen to fully because of my doer and fixer is always trying to change the underlying beliefs that are causing these emotions. Which has its place but not before I feel it fully. I got it. Understood more deeply than I ever have that I need to feel even more. That my feelings are not too big. They’ve always been my super power. I cried and listened to myself for awhile and then listened to the rest of this episode. The space you both created here was so powerful! When she started talking about a year from now, I cried the most. I felt her amazing higher self coming through so strong. All I could think was “beauty is emerging here”. And I feel that so deeply in me too. I’m excited for what we’re all a part of here and moving towards. I love you my fellow beautiful souls. Thank you ✨🙏🏻❤✨❤️🙏🏻✨
