Thank you đ its one of my favorite resin pieces i have so far. I will link where i got it from in my description. Thank you for watching and commenting!
I'd like to suggest a silicone work mat for your tray and desk, just to minimize the difficulty in cleanup. It makes life with resin so much easier! For your silicone spatula, a diluted alcohol mix may help get the dried resin off.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I will look into silicone mats. It is Prime Day so im sure there's sales today! Thanks for the alcohol tip and I will try that as well. :-D
The little pot I sell them for the tooth fairy
@@carolfitzpatrick7207ooh perfect i love that idea! I love that little pot. Thank you for watching and commenting. It really helps my channel to grow.
How much resin does that take? You can maybe measure the volume with water first to know?
yeah saw another person that did that. I still haven't been doing it though haha. I should lol
Nice haul
Thank you and thanks for watching! Please back again soon.
Adorable
Thank you! these are one of my favorite things to watch.

They're adorableđđđ
Aww thank you đ
I have that shell trinket jar. The lid takes a lot of resin. Your lid flash cured, same thing happened to me. I also used uv resin to fix the lid.
Its funny i had no idea it flashed cure but i did put uv resin on it to even it out a little. Thank you for watching and commenting đ
That are very beautiful
Aww thank you đ thanks for watching and commentingđ
†I have just finished ALL your videos. I'm a beginner as well. I used to crochet, but the eyes aren't what they used to be. I enjoyed all your resin videos. I plan to do flea markets in my area once I'm a little more experienced. So without all the rattling on, enjoy the process and keep pouring â€
Thank you so much for watching. I do appreciate it as well as you taking time to comment. Where are you from? I am having my first sunday market tomorrow! So excited!
†that looked like so much fun. Glad you guys had a good time.â€
Thank you! I loved new orleans and all the shops around there! Such an interesting city!
Get yourself a spray bottle with a little drop of soapy water it helps to remove from the mould easier rather than using alcohol then just wipe everything dry. I have seen other creators using the water method to save your fingers from the sharp edges. Flash curing happens sometimes to everyone at some stage. I love the colours turned out beautiful. Edit...don't keep the lid on until fully cured because it can become almost impossible to remove the lid afterwards.
@@PecanBaby... thank you for all these great tips! I will definitely have to try! Thanks for watching and commenting đ
Well done, your dragons đ are really cute, with a good choice of colors. I need to get some dragon molds. I'm still trying to save a bit so I can get the things I need. Keep up the good work đ

What resin do u use
@@lanahardie4064 i buy my resin on amazon. Let me put a link in the description so you kind find it. Its by Nasubi and i love it so far. I dont pop bubbles much.
Hi. Never worry about mistakes you make. I, and I am sure many others have done the same. And I am glad you did not edit that out. No better way to learn than through our mistakes we make. The colour is beautiful...I like the 2 toned effect. I think some places on the molds the powders did not adhere to the mold enough and the white showed through. But it looks nice... Mostly chameleon powders are topped with a black layer. Then the colours would show up best. Nothing wrong with the white though. A little tip. If you want to dust with chameleon powders, wipe your mold with a bit of isopropyl alchol first. Let it dry and dust then. You can also use the same technique if you want to dust an already cured piece with mica or chameleon powder to get a different effect. (Like in making a piece of jewellery or keychain). You would then need to top coat or dome said piece. The powders adhere better to the mold. You must watch Daniel Cooper's channel. He comes up with mind blowing ideas. Loads and loads of luck with your journey...Enjoy it. Resin is adictive...â€
Oh so cool! Thank you for all these awesome tips! Im definitely going to try these out! I appreciate your comment and for watching đ

Thank you for subscribing and commenting too! I will definitely be posting other crafts very soon! As well as my popup market too! I appreciate you đ
Hiya, new subscriber here. Enjoyed watching your video. Shame about the lid. Looks like it flash-cured due to the thickness of the mould. Some resins don't like to be poured too deep. Even the depth of the lid can cause issues with some resins. Try getting some better-quality chameleon powders. The 1's from Temu aren't very good. Found out myself lol. Let's Resin do some lovely 1's. xx
Thanks for the sub! Welcome! Ohh thats what a flash cure looks like.. i think another person may have commented that and i think i misunderstood. Good thing it didnt ruin the mold. I will definitely look into letâs resinsâs powders. đ
Hi, it's me again LO. L.Have you ever heard of putting one drop of elmer's glue Clear glue Whatever resin you're using when you add glitter, it keeps it suspended. It thickens it up and it comes out beautiful and there's no blob of glitter on the top of their head or at the bottom of the mold. I think it was either Julie Cutts or Daniel Cooper that showed us how to do that and I tried it. And it really works one little drop. Don't do any more because it'll thicken it up too much. Just a little note. I hope you don't mind.I'm learning still too.And i've been at this for 2 and a half years, three years
Oh wow i will have to try that bec all my glitters sink. Thank you so much for the tip!
I do have to say that every. One else says these are homemade. They're not machine made. So it is impossible to make something perfect. You did an excellent job and I'll continue to watch you channel
Awww thanks. I appreciate it and thank you for watching and commenting. Im fairly new at resin and love to share a bit of how i craft.
See, they just don't fit together right? And that variegated colors on there really make it pop
Yep the lid was kind of weird to get on. I will definitely have to try more colors đ€©
Flash froze got too hot
@@carolfitzpatrick7207 oh no! Thats too bad. I havent had that happen to me yet⊠knock on wood. Did it ruin your mold?
I tried making this and it came out but it took so much resin and they don't really sit even on top of each other. I tried to put a hinge on it and you can't do that. Let's cruise sorts right out.So I gave it to my great niece to play with
@@carolfitzpatrick7207 i agree it did take soo much resin. I dont think i will be making too many of these for my markets. They turn out pretty though.
very pretty! I have that shell container and love it! I'm going to try it with chameleon powder too...love the ring holder and all the extras xo

Aww thanks. I love making these bears and will definitely try my other glitters. Thanks for watching!
If you spray a bit of alcohol in the mold and squish it a bit your piece will come out a bit easier helps with sharp bits just my two cents but hope it helps
Oh thank you for that tip. I will definitely give it a try. đ thanks for watching!
Relating to your question on what to do with your different crafty interests and your channel... I would suggest staying on one channel and maybe alternate between subjects each week (or however often you choose to post videos) and then have them sorted into playlists. I personally enjoy craft channels that have multiple crafts because it's very relatable to me and my personality of "gotta do all the crafts!" lol
Thank you for letting me know. Do you think separate vidoes then for each craft?
did you use deep pour resin ?
No just the regular epoxy resin
Those turtles are amazing!
