@@elisaestrada5991 well first Karen I want you to realize this video is 8 years old and my comment is 2 years old which grabbed my attention so I want you to look at how old comments are and videos are, second I want you to have a nice day because 2 days ago you were clearly having a bad one.
Did you ever get this dryer fixed? Mine is making the same noise.
Gary Archibald yes, it was fixed under warranty, but it's making a similar noise now. the repairman said he's fixed a bunch of Samsung Dryers with the same problem.
Did he happen to mention what is was. Mine is out of warranty so I will have to fix it myself. Thanks
Idler pully or rollers, most likely. All fairly cheap online or in a local parts store. Videos online will show how to replace them.
It was a roller, but I can't remember what the repairman called it. I watched him do most of the repair, and it didn't look all that hard to do.

That's a 1001 Nachts made by ride company ARM. The actual Rainbow is made by HUSS rides of West Germany, the same company that made the Pirate, Enterprise, & Top Spin. The Nachts can't automatically go up into the air & over the top, but the Rainbow can. I guess because the Rainbow has so much more power / larger ride.
I like Miss Bossy Butt - don't know where she gets that...
