I completely agree with his statement about new fathers . We need to know and be thought this before becoming a husband and father. And women/mothers need to tell their daughters what will happen when they are pregnant and what happens after birth. All those hormones are out of control they need to know that it’s happening and how to make the right decisions during this time. Very difficult and important time in a marriage that needs to be talked about more by couples that want a child

I go through A LOT of podcasts discussing men and women and their relationship(s). And unfortunately what I've noticed is that VERY FEW* conversations amongst men discuss, as in ACTUAL DISCUSS, what women go through. *IF* they do then its in an extremely condescending, dismissive and belittling manner. Its a sad sight to obeserved. And just as unfortunate is that hardcore feminists are copying that energy. Disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing and not because of XYZ. It is really nice to see a man encouraging other men to take note of something that others are either overlooking, dismissing and/or devaluing.

Sorry but NO! For men things change fundamentally, too! The pressure of providing is immens. You can‘t tell men to be nothimg but cheerleaders for their wives. My mother always brought my father a beer and his dinner and hugged him and massaged his shoulders and sat down and listened to him when he came home. It only takes one R to turn PARENTS into PARTNERS. That‘s the letter that changes your life, though. Be there for each other.

Hormonal changes and childhood post traumatic syndrome disorder in women, when left untreated, can make them very insensitive, demanding, nagging, controlling bitches. Worst is they refuse to accept that they are wrong, never apologize for their illogical behavior and are quick to destroy a family if they don't get their way. They might regret it later if they are done justifying their horrendous behavior and accept responsibility.

I pray for all the families that were broken and all the children that had to grow up without their father's because of menopause hopefully some day they will open treatment centers with counselors to help women in menopause from making such Hasty self-centered decisions that not only destroy their lives but the lives of everyone that loves them. I lost two wonder women to menopause both of them have never recovered from the decisions they made during and post this life changer!

Why is it that man has to understand is a woman incapable of doing so?

Did you ever get a child to take care of? That women change true, but men as well. Beside all the bullshit she gives during the hormonal stages. While men are expected to just accept. While they have needs as well. So they get hit just as hard. But they accept it, while women cry.

I watch mothers at the park with their kids sometimes and it blows me away the time, energy and creativity they spend taking care of their little ones.

I agree with the validation. However, she also needs help with laundry, and cooking, and dishes and bath time, ect.... As a wife of over 20yrs and hearing from friends and family, I can safely say this is what she needs. Even if you work and she doesn't. As a single man you would still come home and have to cook, clean, launder and everything else. She is now doing that for you, so you can help a little every day. Cuz, guys, I can tell you, if you don't she WILL grow to resent you, and will see you differently from then on. And there's no going back.

They don’t need to be a better version of themselves. They need to be like Jesus: 1John 2:1-6.
